Register Exhibition Stand Personnel

Additional members of staff can be registered using the form on the right hand side of this page (these will be charged at the normal event rates).

Shell Scheme Exhibitor Information
Our shell scheme stands in 2022 will be built by our long standing supplier StandOUT, and the document below can be used to help outline your stand design, order furniture, or customise your design with their bespoke offering.
You can submit the completed form or any enquiries directly to StandOUT at katharina.wedam@standout.eu.
All shell scheme exhibitors will be required to complete at least Page 3 with their basic stand information by 4 September 2022.
Shell Scheme Stand Dressing Times:
Sunday 9 October – 15:00 – 17:00
Monday 10 October – 08:00 – 11:00 (Registered Event Attendees only – No Contractors will be permitted on Monday)
Dismantling Times:
Thursday 13 October – 15:00 – 17:00
Please note – all times are subject to change at this early stage. All items left on your stand after 17.00 will be deemed as waste and disposed of by the Congress Centre at your own cost. Please ensure all shipments are collected prior to 17.00, this can be arranged with EFM Logistics.
Own Stand Builders
Additional services, such as elecrical connections, compressed air and water must be ordered from the Congress Centre directly (onsite services links above). These orders should be placed as early as possible, to ensure we can advise of any issues well in advance of the event.
General Design Guidelines:
- The maximum build height is 3.5m
- Electricy is provided overhead, and we will be able to confirm supply to specific areas of the stand once your design is submitted.

Saturday 8 October – 08:00 – 24:00
Sunday 9 October – 08:00 – 15:00
Stand Dressing Times:
Sunday 9 October – 15:00 – 17:00
Monday 10 October – 08:00 – 11:00 (Registered Event Attendees only – No Contractors will be permitted on Monday)
Stand Dismantling Times:
Thursday 13 October – 15:00 – 24:00 (The hall not be accessible after this time)

Free Access to Technical Sessions
For each 9m2 stand you have reserved, you will receive admission to two free Technical Sessions of your choosing. You will be allocated physical tickets at the registraiton desk to access these sessions.
Invite your Customers to Visit the Exhibition for Free
Powder Metallurgy End Users can attend this year’s Exhibition free of charge. Simply invite your customers to register here, and we will supply them with a link to complete registration free of charge.
End users are defined as: Original Equipment Makers (OEMs), Tier 1, Tier 2 and system supplier supply chain companies and personnel, who select the PM process to produce the components for their applications (automotive, aerospace, medical, energy, machinery, etc…) but generally do not produce PM parts themselves.
